Arcadian Infracom Names John W. Anderson as Deputy General Counsel
St. Louis, MO, April 29, 2025 – Arcadian Infracom, a critical information infrastructure company headquartered in St. Louis, MO, names John W. Anderson as its Deputy General Counsel, expanding the Arcadian legal and government relations team to support the Arcadian and California middle-mile public-private partnership as part of the Middle Mile Broadband Initiative (MMBI). John will work with Arcadian’s Vice President and in-house General Counsel, Asim Raza.
John is an experienced business and legal executive with 20+ years in the technology sector, including a deep background in critical digital infrastructure and representing quantum computing manufacturers. He is an internationally recognized lawyer with experience practicing law independently, managing attorneys and outside counsel to orchestrate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales organizations, creative departments and administrative staff.
Prior to joining Arcadian, John served as Managing Attorney for J.W. Anderson & Associates, PLLC, a boutique law firm focused on technology, public and private real estate and commercial litigation. Under his leadership, John achieved consistent growth in multiple facets implementing legal support for technology companies, successfully representing multiple victims of financial crimes and led strategy and negotiation of the Montana’s then-largest Recreation Easement resulting in establishment of public recreation easement in excess of 2,500 acres.
