Arcadian Infracom Names Andrew Whipple as VP of Operations
St. Louis, MO, December 12, 2024 – Arcadian Infracom, a critical information infrastructure company headquartered in St. Louis, MO, names Andrew Whipple as its Vice President of Operations, expanding the Arcadian executive leadership team to lead the operations function of the Arcadian infrastructure platform.
Andrew brings 25+ years of global financial, telecommunications, alternative energy and high-tech manufacturing leadership. With a proven track record of success, he has transformed organizations through his commitment to operational excellence and process innovation.
Prior to joining Arcadian, Andrew served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zoltek. He played a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency, establishing the company as a leader in the carbon fiber industry. Under his leadership, Zoltek achieved consistent growth and firmly established its commitment to sustainable innovation. Prior to Zoltek, Andrew served as Chief Financial Officer of LightCore, a regional fiber infrastructure provider later acquired by CenturyLink, a $21B publicly traded company. During his time at LightCore Andrew was central to the company’s financial leadership, strategic planning, business development and structural transformation initiatives.
