Amy Tong, Secretary of the California Government Operations agency addresses Arcadian Infracom team members at bi-annual Arcadian all company meeting
Secretary Amy Tong, Secretary of the California Government Operations Agency (with oversight of California State human resources, pensions and IT functions), personally addressed Arcadian Infracom team members during their recent in-person meeting in Sacramento. Secretary Tong was most recently the CIO for the State of California and Director of the California Department of Technology. She is currently a key Member of the Advisory Committee for California’s Middle-Mile Broadband Initiative, for which Arcadian was selected as the first joint build partner for California’s $3.8B middle-mile network project.
Secretary Tong emphasized the importance of the innovative public-private partnership with Arcadian, the advantage of having a well-aligned team when tackling difficult challenges like broadband access for rural and tribal communities and the value of celebrating small wins for team success.
