Dan Davis assembled and led a virtual panel discussion at an ASCENDx (Accelerating Space Commerce, Exploration, and New Discovery) conference

At the request of ASCEND leadership (the former COO of Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin space flight company), on August 19, 2020, Dan assembled and led a virtual panel discussion at an ASCENDx (Accelerating Space Commerce, Exploration, and New Discovery) conference. Dan facilitated a dialogue between leading space and ground communications ecosystem companies addressing cooperation among the two largely unaligned space and terrestrial communications ecosystems to solve the US rural and tribal broadband problem. Panelists included thought leaders from Amazon, Microsoft, ViaSat, Windstream and Made In Space. Arcadian participation in the ASCEND organization is a part of our business development efforts to establish a leadership position in the LEO satellite ground station communications backhaul opportunity discussed below.
