Jeri Wolf | Engineering & Operations

Jeri has 23 years of experience in fiber network construction, operations, route development and core technology strategy. In her 6 years at CenturyLink Jeri held leadership roles in the national and local fiber network construction and planning organizations. Most recently Jeri was Vice President – Local Engineering and Construction with direct responsibility for a 10 state territory. Prior to that, as Vice President - Planning and Capacity, she had responsibility for CenturyLink’s Western Region (local and national) - which included the highest revenue states.

Jeri joined CenturyLink as a part of the Qwest acquisition in 2012. At Qwest her responsibility included all transport network capacity for 14 local states and the overall national network – including new technology implementations such as multigeneration DWDM layers and the on-time delivery of complex and diverse multi-location customer fiber transport solutions addressing evolving end user applications.

Jeri rejoined Qwest after its acquisition of OnFiber in 2006. At OnFiber Jeri held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations and Construction from 2000 to 2006 where she led all construction and outside plant design, permitting, right-of-way, and construction efforts for the 26-Metro greenfield OnFiber network build. Jeri managed the complete customer experience for OnFiber’s 250 customers, from receipt of order, continuing through disconnection of service. Jeri’s responsibility also included all operational aspects of OnFiber’s 24x7 Network Operations Center.

Prior to her time at OnFiber, Jeri was Vice President of the MAStec C&S division from 1999 to 2000, where she grew the organization from 150 to 500 employees, from $20 million to $100 million in annual revenue and broadened the depth of the company from “directional boring” to “turnkey construction”.

Jeri joined MAStec from Qwest/SP Telecom where she was part of the original team constructing the Qwest national fiber backbone network. She led a team of over 400 network professionals working across 14 simultaneous construction projects to provide on-time delivery of 2,700 route miles of the Qwest fiber network.

Jeri has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an MS in Construction Management from Colorado State University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor.
